Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabrication Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fabrication shop. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Train or arrange for training of employees
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in metal fabrication
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment with a team of 5-10 people. The work site is noisy and requires attention to detail.
