Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and cakes according to recipes and special customer orders.
  • Supervise and train baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales and merchandising team to promote our baked goods.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
