Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Grandeur Housing Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing regular preventative maintenance on tools, machines/equipment and plant facilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. They will be able to read and interpret equipment manuals, perform required maintenance/repairs, and maintain accurate records of completed repairs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on tools, machines/equipment, and plant facilities.
  • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Diagnose problems as they arise, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Report faulty operations, defective tools/equipment and/or unusual situations to supervisor.
  • Maintain equipment parts & supplies inventories.
Requirements
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Ability to operate various tools and equipment
  • Physical ability to lift minimum 50lbs
