**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Join the team dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction even after production completion. Collaborate with the service team to ensure that all inspections are completed and signed off, thanks to your understanding of the production process and your problem-solving ability.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Complete all warranty and repair work as required, as communicated by the shop supervisor/warranty manager.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with the shop supervisor and warranty manager.
- Discuss repairs and provide labor estimates in consultation with the shop supervisor.
- Communicate additional service requests to the shop supervisor.
- Monitor repair times and provide updates to the shop supervisor.
- Maintain adherence to company policies on RV care and operation.
- Fill out customer work orders by thoroughly reading and documenting the storyline, parts, and materials.
- Stay current with company TSBs, campaigns, and recalls.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the shop supervisor.
**Qualifications**:
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and diagrams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge and repair experience of Triple E products, both older and current, will be an asset.
- Ability to examine/test/diagnose/repair RV electrical, plumbing, propane systems, appliances, hydraulics, battery charging systems, awnings, cabinetry, general maintenance, and repairs, etc.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Possess a good attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in an environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction is the highest priority.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Desire to upgrade and learn new skills as technology advances.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
- Willing to attend RVTI training online and travel for in-person training when necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Focus and inquire when necessary, with an open-minded approach.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand information quickly.
- Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and a commitment to delivering the best results for Triple E.
- Have the legal right to work in Canada.
- Valid Driver’s License.
**Working Conditions**:
- Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm, on-site.
- Working in a production environment where you may be exposed to dust and chemicals. When in the production facility, safety glasses and protection are required.
