We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Painter Apprentice to join our team at REPARATIONS D'AUTO LE CREUSOT. As an Automotive Painter Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced painters in preparing and painting vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Maintain Workspace: Ensure a safe and organized work environment by cleaning and maintaining the workspace, including tools and equipment.
- Prepare and Paint Vehicles: Assist in preparing vehicles for painting by filing, grinding, and sanding body surfaces to be repaired. Apply primers and repaint surfaces as needed.
- Mix and Apply Paint: Mix paint, blend, and match colors to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Assist with Tasks: Assist senior painters with tasks such as masking and taping auto body surfaces, and cleaning up after painting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English or French.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
