Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled and experienced auto service professional to lead our team in delivering superior service quality and environmental sustainability. As an Auto Service Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
• Leading a team of technicians to achieve exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Developing and implementing environmentally friendly practices and procedures to minimize waste and reduce our carbon footprint.
• Collaborating with suppliers to source eco-friendly products and services.
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our service quality and environmental sustainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
• A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in auto repair services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• A strong understanding of environmental sustainability principles and practices, with the ability to develop and implement eco-friendly solutions.

Work Environment:
