Job Title: Business Analyst

At Sun Life, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where our employees can thrive. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Group Benefits Administration Production Support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with IT to resolve system issues and production support requests
  • Test and document system changes
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and engage IT partners as needed
  • Create and execute test plans to ensure system changes meet business needs
  • Perform production validation of system maintenance and upgrades
Requirements:
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple competing demands and prioritize tasks
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for Quebec-based roles
Assets:
  • University or college diploma in business or computer science
  • Knowledge of business systems used by Group Operations
  • Strong working knowledge of JIRA, MS Office, and SharePoint
  • Experience with technology and ability to self-learn applications
