Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect hotel rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent guest service.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
