Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at The Drawbridge Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to meet the needs of the housekeeping department
- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure adequate stock levels
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or related role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
