The VP Talent and Culture is seeking a Director, Employee Experience, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) to lead the development of strategies, practices, and programs under their responsibility. With a strong team, you will play a central role in shaping the organization's culture and promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Main Responsibilities

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

  • Contribute to the development of the EDI vision and strategy, proposing innovative programs aligned with best market practices;
  • Set annual targets and optimize performance indicators for equity, diversity, and inclusion;
  • Participate in senior management committees;
  • Oversee major projects, including budget monitoring.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in equity, diversity, and inclusion and culture/organizational development, including at least five years of management experience;
  • Excellent management, coaching, and communication skills;
  • Intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to participate in committees in English with senior management and communicate with internal and external partners throughout Canada and the United States.
