About the Role

LendX Financial Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also promoting the sale of credit and loan services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Application Review and Approval: Review and approve or reject loan applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection.
  • Client Support: Assist clients by proposing solutions to address their financial objectives, such as business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals.
  • Documentation and Administration: Complete credit and loan documentation, and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action.
  • Client Interviews: Interview applicants for loans and gather necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Account Management: Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to automated banking machine, telephone banking, and online banking services.
  • Delinquent Account Management: Prepare statements on delinquent accounts and work with clients to resolve any issues.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote the sale of credit and loan services to clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • File Maintenance: Review and update credit and loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Application Submission: Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Work Environment: Work in a team environment, with a large caseload and tight deadlines.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
