About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Development Specialist to join our team at Canada Inc. This is a temporary position with a 35-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs for students in practical shop settings.
  • Develop teaching materials, outlines, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
  • Provide guidance on program curricula and career decisions, ensuring students achieve their goals.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility in their approach. A strong background in mathematics is desirable.
