We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of commercial real estate law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of legal documents and contracts related to commercial real estate transactions
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on commercial real estate law and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including preparing meeting minutes and maintaining files
