Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams on single-use systems and technologies.
- Participate in industry standards groups and committees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish strategic relationships with clients and internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage Applications Engineering Projects in CRM software to streamline communication and track progress.
- Manage library of single-use componentry for use in single-use assemblies.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent technical discipline.
- At least 5-8 years of experience as a technical specialist in single-use systems and technologies geared toward the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to client facilities and company entities globally.
