Equity Compensation Administrator

The Equity Compensation Plan Administrator is responsible for administering all of Magna's equity-based compensation plans for the Board of Directors, senior leaders, and other employees. This role involves maintaining and reporting outstanding share capital, as well as insider reporting.
Your Responsibilities- Execute the transition from Excel-based equity compensation processes to a third-party platform.
- Administer Executive stock option and Performance Stock Unit (PSU) grants, exercises, redemptions, and cancellations.
- Handle Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, redemptions, and cancellations for non-Executive employees.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Tax, HR, Legal, and other personnel in connection with the above.
- Provide general compensation forecasting and analysis.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of work-related experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly organized and efficient in managing workload.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with stock-based compensation terms and concepts.
- Experience in compensation forecasting and administration.
- Proficiency with Excel and third-party tech platforms such as Global Shares/ShareWorks.
