At Float Financial Solutions Inc., we're on a mission to simplify finance for Canadian businesses, empowering them to eliminate complexity and unlock new opportunities.

We're seeking an experienced Chief Partnership Development Officer to drive the 0-1 build and execution of our major strategic and technical partnerships, as well as enterprise white-label opportunities. In this role, you'll identify, develop, and manage large-scale partnerships that expand our reach, focusing on high-impact collaborations with other high-growth technology companies and financial institutions that align with our long-term growth and product strategy.

About This Role
  • Lead the development and execution of our strategic partnership initiatives, including white-label and API opportunities, and B2B programs, to expand our presence across the financial services and technology sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with major partners, including financial institutions, corporations, and other high-growth technology companies, to create synergies that drive customer acquisition and product growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially Product, to ensure partnerships deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • Identify new business opportunities through strategic partnerships that enhance our product offerings, create white-label possibilities, and unlock new revenue streams.
  • Negotiate complex partnership agreements and contracts to establish mutually beneficial collaborations that drive long-term growth for Float Financial Solutions Inc.

This role requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within financial services or high-growth technology companies. You have a proven track record of building successful large-scale partnerships and programs.

A competitive compensation package is offered for this role, estimated at $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
