We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our ECE program at Kids' Stop Children's Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our children and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, maintaining a positive environment and ensuring all employees adhere to policies and procedures.
- Classroom guidance, parent engagement, licensing compliance, and fire and health safety compliance.
- Scheduling, tours and registration of new families, classroom observations, budgeting, and administration.
- Alberta Early Childhood Education Level 3 certification.
- First Aid & CPR certification.
- Criminal Record Clearance.
- Management experience, preferably in a childcare setting.
- Class 4 Driver's License, or willingness to obtain.
- Competitive hourly rate of $22.00.
- 3 weeks vacation pay per year.
