- Plan and schedule weekly, monthly, and long-term maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operation.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance productivity and quality.
- Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and reduce waste.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crushing operations with a focus on maintenance planning and coordination.
- Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing costs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
