Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Rollins Machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of heavy equipment mechanics and apprentices
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless equipment operation and maintenance
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., heavy equipment maintenance technology)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
