Marketing Specialist Job Description

At Discovery Academy, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement with our target audience.
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics and analytics.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The Marketing Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and project management skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

The Marketing Specialist will work 30 hours per week.
