About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the retail industry, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of excellence in customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and coach staff to achieve sales targets, improve customer experience, and maintain store appearance.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform product purchasing decisions and optimize pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance, providing timely reports to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, resolve operational issues, and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (minimum 3 years) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of success in customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
