Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at TOPWEST CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that all work is being carried out to the highest quality standards and that all necessary safety protocols are being followed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
