Purpose:

The Interim Assistant to the Dean provides high-level administrative support to the Dean and senior leaders within the Office of the Dean at York University.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide efficient and confidential executive-level support to the Dean and other senior leaders
* Oversee and coordinate the workflow of administrative staff in the Associate Dean and Dean's Offices
* Support the priorities of the Office and ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:

* University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
