About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at 7 Wonders Homes & Construction Inc. as a Construction Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Material Handling: Transport materials to and from construction sites, ensuring timely delivery and minimal waste.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Assist in mixing and pouring materials such as concrete and asphalt, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Cleanliness: Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work on equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Spill Response: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Traffic Control: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient movement of people and vehicles.
