**Job Title:** Dairy Queen Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic team member to join our Dairy Queen food service team. As a key part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience while working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. You can expect to work approximately 35-40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and serve menu items, including burgers, fries, ice cream, and other frozen treats.
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
  • Keep the store clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following all health and safety protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train for specific job duties.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
