Computer Programming Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Computer Programming Instructor to join our team at Red Deer Polytechnic. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching in the Computer Programming diploma program and contributing to the development of our course and program offerings in Computer Science and Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality courses congruent with established curricula and program outcomes
- Support the success of students with diverse backgrounds and learning styles
- Assess student learning and ensure achievement against academic standards
- Contribute to course and program curriculum development and renewal
- Engage in scholarly activity and work collegially within department and institution committees
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Or B.Sc in Computer Science or related discipline with a minimum 5 years' post-Bachelor related work experience
- PhD in Computer Science or related discipline
- Post-secondary teaching experience
