Computer Systems Technician

Uniway computer is seeking a skilled Computer Service Technician to join our team. As a Computer Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing electronic equipment, diagnosing and locating circuit, component, and equipment faults, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair
- Repair electronic equipment using hand, power, or specially designed tools
- Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults
- Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
- Prepare cost estimates
- Provide customer service and respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and team player
As a Computer Service Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and be required to work under pressure. You will be responsible for bending, crouching, and kneeling to access equipment.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:35 to 40 hours per week.
