Compensation

The expected annualized base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $120,000.

The actual salary will be determined based on factors including skill, experience, education, training, market compensation, and internal equity.

Job Description

This Senior Business Analyst position plays a critical role in driving business solutions by eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting business requirements, processes, and rules.

The successful candidate will support technology design and re-design activities, interpret and clarify business requirements, and assess the impact of changes on other functional processes and systems.

  • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, processes, and rules to drive business solutions.
  • Support technology design and re-design activities through interpretation and clarification of business requirements and processes.
  • Lead and/or assist with the creation of business cases, ROIs, and other project-related documentation.
  • Investigate and analyze opportunities to improve business efficiencies and maximize the use of QuadReal Enterprise Applications.
  • Facilitate and/or assist with system selection, implementation, and sustainment.
  • Create, execute, and document test cases/test scripts to validate system changes.
  • Coordinate, support, and help business users resolve day-to-day support issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a complex real estate services environment.
  • Experience in analysis, troubleshooting, and support of multiple enterprise applications.
  • Experience with Yardi's Voyager (specifically Investment Accounting and InvestorPlus), Elevate, and other applications would be an asset.
  • A strong understanding of the real estate business and key business processes.
  • Detail-oriented documentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills.
