GBM Trade Floor Technology Consultant (Full Stack Developer) Job Description

Scotiabank is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trade Floor Technology Consultant (Full Stack Developer) to join our Global Banking & Markets team. As a key member of our Trade Floor Support & Automation team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, developing web-based systems, and designing user interfaces to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop web-based systems using state-of-the-art technologies, including full stack web development
  • Design user interfaces to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with various groups within the bank to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements:
  • Effective programming and analytical skills, with experience in full stack web development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work quickly in a dynamic, challenging, and fast-paced environment
