Job Title: GBM Trade Floor Technology Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Banking and Markets (GBM) team as a Trade Floor Technology Consultant. This is a 12 or 16 month contract opportunity that will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience in full stack web development and work on exciting projects that will help shape the future of our trade floor technology.

About the Role:

As a Trade Floor Technology Consultant, you will work closely with our Trade Floor Support and Automation team to analyze business processes, design and develop web-based systems, and implement solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including full stack web development, and will be encouraged to contribute your ideas and expertise to the design and implementation of our tools and systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design and develop web-based systems to meet business needs
  • Implement solutions using full stack web development technologies
  • Work closely with the Trade Floor Support and Automation team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education
  • Effective programming and analytical skills, with experience in full stack web development
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
