Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Maternity Unit team at Dawson Creek & District Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and education
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
Current Level C CPR certification
Labour and Delivery / Recovery / Post Partum: Two (2) years recent related experience with a significant labour and delivery component, working in an acute care setting and / or recent completion of an Advanced Obstetrical Certificate and / or recent Midwifery Certificate. Current Neonatal Resuscitation Certification

Qualifications:
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
Current Level C CPR certification required
