Axelon Services Corporation seeks a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for various support activities around our group's data, including data verification, pattern discovery, data quality verification, data migration support, and analytical insights.
Responsibilities:
Analyze data sets to determine data gaps and work with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap. Liaise with the business analysis team to understand the data requirements. Support the team with data analysis, such as data source discovery, data usage viability, and data sourcing. Coordinate data sourcing with upstream data teams. Partner with team on testing with data verification, completeness, and data quality checks. Participate in data-driven initiatives, such as data lineage, data quality checks, data migration.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar. Minimum 10 years of experience in global organizations as a Data Analyst. Proficiency in Data Analysis, with working experience in SQL and relational databases. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; as well as work in an international team setting. Have strong reasoning skills, logical deduction, and apply to data analysis. Collaborate effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions and roles. Present and be able to tell a story with the data analysis/reporting. Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks assigned. Ability to problem solve and have creative solutions in challenging environments. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, demanding, and team-oriented environment. Good customer service skills. Ability to deal with difficult situations gracefully. SQL querying building, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
