We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineering Specialist to join our team at Morson Canada. As a key member of our Plant Design Pickering team, you will be responsible for providing technical evaluation, considerations, and proposals for major work areas in an Ontario Power Generation, Nuclear (OPG, N) facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical evaluation, considerations, and proposals for major work areas.
- Proficiency with Steel/ Aluminum/ Concrete structure design and analysis, and use of structural engineering software preferably STAADPRO.
- Carry out structural calculations, perform plant walkdowns, and work as a part of Plant Design Pickering providing structural design support to modifications.
Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Engineer with PEO and having 10 years of related experience.
- Degree in Structural Engineering to Canadian University Standards.
- Proficiency with Steel/ Aluminum/ Concrete structure design and analysis, and use of structural engineering software preferably STAADPRO.
