Job Description

This role involves developing and implementing compliance programs, audit procedures, conducting audits, and ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and internal programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating EPR legislative frameworks, developing and implementing compliance programs, assessing compliance risks, and creating and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, environmental management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a compliance-related role.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits, managing compliance programs, and handling investigations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex regulatory requirements.
