Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Exchange Language Services Inc.

Job Summary

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing technical solutions to meet those needs. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide usability testing.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Knowledge of business process management, user experience design, and business methods analysis.
