Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Exchange Language Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
  • Design and implement information systems to support business processes
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with business requirements
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business intelligence tools
