We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Lloydminster Primary Care Network. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive health services to individuals across their lifespan.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and manage patient health needs.
- Prescribe treatment and perform procedures as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) and the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRNS).
- Current BLS and CPR certification.
- Working knowledge of healthcare IT systems and desktop IT skills with Microsoft Office.
- 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Working knowledge of healthcare systems and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary range: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year.
