Fusion Security seeks a detail-oriented and proactive professional for the role of Security Operations Coordinator - Scheduler/Dispatcher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing scheduling needs within the Operations Center.

About the Role

This position involves planning and scheduling static security officers for sites as required, assigning tasks to Field Support Supervisors, and maintaining communication with supervisors, site managers, and security officers.

  • Plan and coordinate scheduling needs for security officers across multiple sites.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to Field Support Supervisors.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with supervisors, site managers, and security officers.

We are seeking a candidate with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. If you have experience in the security industry, particularly in scheduling or dispatching, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid BC Security License.
  • High School diploma; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • At least one year of experience in the security industry.
  • At least one year of experience in a scheduling or dispatching role.
  • Technical skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and the Windows Operating system.

Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work varied and extended hours, and be able to sit for long periods of time.
