About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Risk Lead to join our Consult business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of risk management plans for large infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management plans for infrastructure projects
  • Manage risk leads and ensure risk priorities align with project priorities
  • Lead the development of risk registers and report to senior management
  • Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis using risk management software
  • Prepare detailed project and program risk reports
  • Review project contingency utilization and alignment with cost risk exposures
  • Evaluate risk mitigation effectiveness
  • Lead initiatives on preparing procedures, training materials, and work instructions
Requirements
  • Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction risk management for large infrastructure projects
  • Proficient in risk management software
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies, safety regulations, and environmental considerations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
