Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Risk Lead to join our consult business. As a key member of our team, you will harness our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy to unlock the potential in every project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the project's risk management plan, ensuring alignment with priorities set for development and implementation phases.
  • Manage risk leads and ensure risk priorities align with project objectives.
  • Lead the development of the projects' risk registers and report top corridor and SMT risk registers to EVPs.
  • Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis using risk management software and interpret analysis results.
  • Prepare detailed project and program risk reports, including P50 and P80 cost and schedule risk exposures.
  • Review project contingency utilization and alignment with cost risk exposures.
  • Evaluate risk mitigation effectiveness by consulting with clients, project staff, and senior management.
  • Lead initiatives on preparing procedures, training materials, and work instructions relating to risk and opportunity management.
  • Lead on initiatives for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of risk management software, such as active risk manager (ARM), Oracle Primavera Risk Analyzer (OPRA), Acumen risk, Safran, or comparable dedicated software.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies, safety regulations, and environmental considerations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
