Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in emergency nursing to fill this critical position. As a Critical Care Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in education and research initiatives.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering person-centered care. You will work closely with our Emergency Department team to provide expert care to patients with complex health needs. Your commitment to excellence, quality, and patient safety will make a significant impact on our organization and the community we serve.
Salary:$84,000 - $104,000 per year
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Current registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Two years' recent experience working in a tertiary care Emergency Department and/or two years' recent medical/surgical experience
- Completion of an approved post-basic emergency nursing specialty program or equivalent training and experience may be considered
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACL) for Emergency room
