Bottle Depot Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bottle Depot Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our bottle depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing tasks to accomplish the work, and overseeing operational logistics of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field. They will be responsible for co-ordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
The Bottle Depot Operations Manager will also be responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality. They will also be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff, training workers in duties and policies, and conducting performance reviews.
This is a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English and the job involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
