Distribution Facilities Maintenance and Repair Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team at Wonderbrands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution and depot facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance and Repair: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and repair activities at our distribution and depot facilities, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Capital Projects: Develop and implement capital project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Facility Relocation: Support the relocation of facilities, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including procurement, contract management, and performance evaluation.
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Communication: Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Post-secondary education in Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a distribution and warehousing environment, with a focus on facilities maintenance and repair.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in both English and French.
