Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Ensure that all office supplies and equipment are properly maintained and ordered as needed.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure that all office security and safety protocols are in place and followed.
    • Maintain basic security clearance.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
