Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Delivery Consultant to join our implementation team. This hands-on role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to configure and deploy CRM-based SaaS projects for clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
  • Implement system configurations using database entities, fields, views, listings, dashboards, and other relevant features.
  • Maintain organized project documentation using Confluence to track progress and ensure all relevant information remains up-to-date.
  • Utilize project management tools like Jira to monitor progress on assigned tasks.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and capabilities.
  • Identify gaps and clarifications needed, communicating closely with clients to gather necessary information.
  • Prepare data imports and migration plans.
  • Participate in client meetings as required, providing updates and assisting with technical support during the implementation process.
  • Evaluate and ensure a smooth transition of the solution to the client, including training to facilitate a positive onboarding experience.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years of experience supporting SaaS implementation projects in a B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and understand client requirements and assist in configuring solutions to meet those needs.
  • Solid technical and analytical background.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product, engineering, and customer success.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
  • A problem-solving mindset, capable of troubleshooting and resolving client issues during implementation.
