**Job Summary:**

Quest Society is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Rehabilitation Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support and care to residents with complex needs, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident programs, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with residents and team members to identify and meet goals, as outlined in the care plan.
  • Provide personalized support and education on daily living skills, grooming, nutrition, and health promotion.
  • Administer and document medications and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely care.
  • Maintain effective communication with families, residents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by following emergency procedures and reporting incidents.

**Requirements:**

  • Human Services Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Standard First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training.
  • A valid NS Driver's License.
  • Clear Criminal Record Check.

**Working Hours:**

Quest provides around-the-clock support, requiring a commitment to working a combination of day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary:**

As per Collective Agreement, with competitive compensation, benefits, and pension.
