Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team at SS TECH SOLUTION INC. As a Telecommunications Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
  • Repair and Replacement: Repair or replace defective telephone equipment and faulty cables, power suppliers, and amplifiers.
  • Testing and Analysis: Analyze test results and adjust, change, or repair switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software.
  • Customer Service: Provide on-site customer service and complete and maintain test and service reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
