Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage the front-of-house staff, optimize customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality food and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement efficient strategies to meet demanding work schedules.
  2. Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, ensuring timely food preparation and presentation.
  3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to uphold industry standards.
  4. Evaluate inventory needs, estimate ingredient requirements, and minimize wastage.
  5. Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining quality control.
  6. Manage stock, sales, and repairs records accurately.
  7. Familiarize yourself with our culinary offerings and provide expert knowledge to customers.
  8. Maintain tray assembly and delivery procedures to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including menu management and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
