Salary Range

$90,000 - $130,000 per year

Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will play a critical role in leading the localization and go-to-market strategy for new product launches. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business.

You will report directly to the Vice President, Marketing, Brand and Western Communities Foundation. Your key responsibilities will include managing overall marketing activities and developing long-term marketing strategies that support enterprise initiatives. You will also be responsible for creating and publishing marketing materials, conducting market research, and driving end-to-end lifecycle strategies and campaigns.

You will work closely with internal business partners to ensure they are receiving value from our marketing efforts. Your ability to execute sophisticated precision marketing plans with a data-driven approach will be essential to your success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of marketing experience in direct-to-consumer businesses
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences
  • Excellent negotiation techniques, result-oriented, strong visioning and good judgment skills
  • Ability to execute sophisticated precision marketing plans with a data-driven approach
