Job Summary
In this challenging role at White Spot Terrace, you will provide exceptional customer service, efficiently prepare and serve food and beverages, and respond promptly to customer complaints or concerns.


Responsibilities


  • Mix and serve alcoholic beverages to customers of legal age in compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring a high standard of presentation and quality.
  • Presentation bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Accurately describe menu items to customers, making recommendations as needed.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, maintaining a safe and responsible service environment.
  • Provide expert advice on menu selections to enhance the customer dining experience.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and record sales, maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
